Luytens Bar and Grille

Congratulations to Prescott and Partners on the completion of the latest development in Fleet St called Lutyens Bar and Grille.
The Restaurant is to serve fine dining food over 2 floors with kitchens on each floor. The bar is located in the basement.
Comfort cooling is provided by the installation of a Toshiba 3 pipe VRF system serving all areas of the space with the Condensers on the 8th floor roof.
The Kitchen ventilation provided the major head ache of the installation fitting in with an existing riser duct and site restrictions with the requirements of a fine dining Chef.
